Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Gazole, West Bengal, India.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Time Limitation: Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
